Rotational Molding

 

Rotational Molding, also called rotomolding, is a thermoplastic process for producing hollow parts by placing powder or liquid resin into a hollow mold and then rotating that tool bi-axially in an oven until the resin melts and coats the inside of the mold cavity.

 

 

The technology helps saving resources, produces very high quality products and holds minimum space in the manufacturing plant. Polyethylene that is used for production is eco-friendly raw material imported from Mexico. 

 


Rotational molding produces even-layer of the materials in the product. In addition, high quality materials is unique characteristics provides desirable elasticity and density to make product affective in use and very durable. More layers make product even more efficient and durable. Most frequently are used single-layer and double-layer water tanks.  For more specific use we can also produce triple-layer and quadruple-layer water tanks.
